Due to potential emergency conditions that appear likely due to Hurricane Dorian, the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) is temporarily making exceptions to the regulations governing the importation and exportation of equines coming into and leaving North Carolina as a result of Hurricane Dorian.
